Overview

This user manual describes the functional features of Black Tusks FHIR Server.

Fiyaware enables the fast and secure processing, validation and management of large amounts of health-related or medical data according to HL7 FHIR version 4.0.1. Fiyaware is a performant Python implementation with an exchangeable storage unit (currently PostgreSQL DB). With its central FHIR interface (API), the server enables both the semantically interoperable exchange of structured healthcare data and its long-term, secure and cost-effective archiving. As a modular data management and communication platform, Fiyaware ensures the simple and secure connection and networking of external applications and services to enable evidence-based care across the entire healthcare sector.
